They were professional, came right away, did a great job and were available for follow-up with our insurer. We had a drain backup in our basement and they handled it completely, removing damaged baseboards, doors and door casings, prepping a carpet sample for the insurer, removing the wet carpet and most importantly taking care of the mold that had resulted as we were away on vacation when the damage occurred (always great to come home to that).
